Happy March! We’ve entered a new month and it’s time to share new verse cards for your own kiddos or kidmin crew. Since this is the month leading up to Easter on April 1st, I decided to focus these all on Easter or “resurrection” themed verses. We want our children to hear the good news and hide it in their hearts!

As I have the past couple of months, I tried to vary the length of verses to allow them to be used for younger and older children. I also looked for the most “age appropriate” translation for memorization purposes. Here are the verses I chose this month:

• Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will have life even if he dies. John 11:25 (ICB)
• “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16 (ESV)
• He is not here. For he has risen, just as he said. Matthew 28:6 (CSB)
• “Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Mark 11:9 (ESV)
